The victim's Neighbors have recieved reports from Family and Friends of the deceased lady, Pamela Bowder, that the Victim was on her cell phone claiming she had won a large sum of cash at a bar and was sure a man was following her. Even if the investigation is unable to tie him to the bar she was at, it is not right that he was bailed out of jail for 25 grand the same day he killed her. This is another legal travesty in Oregon history, thus far. I will be following this case as it happened in an area where I frequently visit friends. I am not a fan of the Washington County legal system and this incident further taints my views against Washington County. Her memorial is at cook park on July 5th at 3pm if anyone is interested, there is also a fund set up at US Bank if anyone is interested in helping her kids. Please remember this family in your prayers and meditations as they endure this tragedy.
